Women are joining the workforce and are seen on leadership roles, still stereotypes and challenges for female leaders continue to impact their growth. Expectations from society, culture and family roles influence women and men differently. The impact of these gender barriers can be immense.
Leadership training program for aspiring women is a growth opportunity to forget perceived gender barriers. This program provides a non-threatening environment in which to explore issues that might be holding back women from aspiring to greater achievements at work.
There are number of factors that add to the status quo; however one factor that is repeatedly mentioned by women and came in research is the lack of leadership training programs and coaching.
The skills acquired from this training will equip women in how to lead themselves, their careers, and their organizations. The proposed program is designed to meet the unique opportunities and challenges that women experience.

- Identify existing and potential barriers, and remove them

Our Approach:
We combine training with coaching and mentoring. Participants will receive 48 hours of in-person training and 5 coaching session via zoom (per participant).

Women who want to progress to a leadership role and women ready to take the next step in their career.
Course Instructors:
The program is designed by globally experienced professionals with leading teams and mentorship experience in Pakistan, Asia, Africa, Europe and USA. All classes in the Leadership program are taught by experienced subject matter experts, practitioners and globally trained resource persons with handson experience of leadership at national and global levels. The program will be mostly led by woman trainer.
