
The MBTI® (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) instrument is the most widely used personality assessment in the world. More than two million assessments are administered to individuals annually – including employees of many Fortune 500 companies.
The Myers-Briggs Personality Type Indicator is designed to identify a person's personality type, strengths, and preferences. Based on the answers to the questions, people are identified as having one of 16 personality types. Using the MBTI assessment can help leaders see how their personal preferences may be influencing their organization’s culture and how they can adopt a fuller spectrum of leadership to improve the organization’s effectiveness and performance. The goal of the MBTI is to allow respondents to further explore and understand their own personalities including their likes, dislikes, strengths, weaknesses, possible career preferences, and compatibility with other people.
No one personality type is best or better than another. Instead, its goal is simply to help you learn more about yourself. The questionnaire itself is made up of four different scales.
Many organizations have selected it as the personality instrument of choice across their training and development programs because it provides a common language for appreciating and working through interpersonal differences without judgment.
MBTI for Team Building:
The MBTI helps teams because it helps individuals see the differences in their innate personalities: how they perceive the world and how they prefer to act. And when used with teams, it helps team members to understand each other better. Team members who seek to understand one another will likely improve their overall team effectiveness because their communication is better.

MBTI – Introductory Workshop (Step 1)
Our MBTI workshops are clubbed with 1:1 coaching sessions with each participant. In the coaching session, the participant unfolds particular strengths and learning areas about their reported/preferred personality type with the coach and get a chance to develop a deeper understanding on how to apply this new learning for their growth.

MBTI – Advanced Workshop (Step 2)
- Advanced Workshop in addition to the learning in the introductory workshop, participants will undertake a Step 2 assessment which is an extension of the fundamental MBTI assessment.
- The Step 2 assessment is a highly personalized profile and development plan that is perfect for coaching and leadership development.
- It drills down into each of the preference pairs, e.g. (S) Sensing and (N) Intuition and explores results on an additional five facets of personality. Example, Concrete/Abstract and Realistic/Imaginative, highlighting how these facets fit with one’s overall personality type. It is also a light bulb moment as to why some characteristics in the MBTI just may not have seemed
to fit, giving one an in-depth look into the nuances of personality with additional explanations and strategies
