Recently there is a lot of heated discussions about performance appraisals, and some people think that we need to eliminate them altogether. However, we at BTIL Academy think that we need to keep them but we need to implement the performance appraisal with the true spirit.
We at BTIL think that performance management is an integral part of leadership, when we try to separate the two, we make performance management (and appraisals) a very mechanical process that nobody likes.
