BTIL is a management consulting firm and a capacity building institute. It was founded in 2018 to support social activists, civil society leaders, development and humanitarian organizations to fulfill their goals and vision.​With a passion for character ethics, we support civil society actors in building their capacities to become better leaders and build for more sustainable organization, implement impactful programs, and lasting change.
